Best Echo Sets for Danjin

Havoc Eclipse
5pc
Havoc Eclipse

Best 5-piece set for Danjin. Synergizes with her skill-weave playstyle and scales Havoc DMG; Nightmare: Crownless is the recommended main echo. If you lack the Nightmare variant, the normal Crownless is acceptable until you reach Rinascita.

Midnight Veil
5pc
Midnight Veil

Second-best 5-piece option intended for sub-DPS / quickswap support Danjin. Use Nightmare: Impermanence Heron in Rinascita to get full benefit.

Havoc Eclipse
2pc
Havoc Eclipse
Lingering Tunes
2pc
Lingering Tunes

Early-game 2-piece alternative when you lack a full 5-piece. Provides attack and Havoc boosts that help while farming for better Echoes.

Danjin's Best Primary Echo

Nightmare: Crownless

Nightmare: Crownless

Best main echo for Danjin that boosts Havoc DMG. Exclusive to Rinascita; use the normal Crownless if you don't have access yet.

Crownless

Crownless

Normal (Huanglong) version of Crownless. Easier to obtain; you may need to summon it mid-combo to get its buff. Replace with the Nightmare variant later.

Dreamless

Dreamless

Excellent Havoc echo with large area damage. Good when Danjin is used as a sub-DPS (for example in a double Dreamless comp with Havoc Rover).

Nightmare: Impermanence Heron

Nightmare: Impermanence Heron

More support-centric main echo suitable for a support Danjin running Midnight Veil. If Nightmare version unavailable, use the normal version and consider a 5-pc Moonlit Clouds set.

Best Tips & Tricks for Danjin

Playstyle: Spam Resonance Skill to apply Incinerating Will and generate Ruby Blossoms, then consume them with Forte Circuit Heavy Attacks (Chaoscleave / Scatterbloom) for huge damage.
Skill ordering: Prioritize upgrading Forte Circuit and Resonance Skill first, then Resonance Liberation, then Normal Attack, and lastly Intro Skill.
Echos: Nightmare: Crownless (Nightmare variant) is the ideal main echo; use the normal Crownless from Huanglong until you can get the Nightmare version in Rinascita.
Rotation tip: Use Resonance Skill variations (Crimson Erosion / Sanguine Pulse) appropriately to apply Incinerating Will before Heavy Attacks to maximize damage (Incinerating Will increases damage to marked targets by 20%).
Survivability: Chaoscleave heals Danjin (healing scales with HP), so investing in HP can improve her sustain when using Forte Circuit.
Teamplay: Danjin's Outro (Duality) amplifies incoming character's Havoc DMG by 23% for 14s — useful for quickswap Havoc teammates.
Weapon choice: Blazing Brilliance grants strong Resonance Skill DMG stacking that Danjin can maintain easily; if unavailable, use other ATK-scaling swords (Red Spring, Emerald of Genesis), or strong 4-star DPS swords like Sword#18 / Commando of Conviction.

Best Teams for Danjin

Danjin Dual-DPS Team

Echo sets: Phrolova — Dream of the Lost (3-pc) + Havoc Eclipse (2-pc); Danjin — Havoc Eclipse (5-pc); Shorekeeper — Rejuvenating Glow (5-pc). Phrolova excels at off-field damage, allowing Danjin to maximize on-field execution. Shorekeeper provides team-wide buffs and sustain; consider Cantarella as a replacement to convert to mono-Havoc at the cost of tighter rotations.

1. Start with Shorekeeper and go through her combo to quickly build up her Concerto. Once her Liberation is available, activate Stellarealm and switch out using her Outro to Phrolova., 2. With Phrolova on-field, quickly build up her Volatile Notes to cast Scarlet Coda. Once done, activate her Resonance Liberation and switch to Danjin., 3. Using Danjin's on-field time, maximize her damage using her combos to build up her Forte. Make sure to cast Echo skill to proc Hecate's attacks., 4. After activating her Forte and Liberation, switch to Shorekeeper once more to detonate Stellarealm., 5. Repeat steps 1–4 until enemies are defeated. Note that the next time Phrolova enters the field she will cast her enhanced Intro Skill while in Maestro state (24s)., 6. Reminder: Each time Shorekeeper and Danjin are on-field, cast their Echo Skills to trigger Enhanced Attack - Hecate.

Danjin Heavy Attack Boosting Team

Echo sets: Danjin — Havoc Eclipse (5-pc); Mortefi — Empyrean Anthem (5-pc); Shorekeeper — Rejuvenating Glow (5-pc). Danjin's primary damage and healing source is her Heavy Attack, so Mortefi's Outro buff to Heavy Attacks is important. Shorekeeper provides consistent healing via her Resonance Liberation and an emergency heal via her Inherent Skill. Roccia, Verina, and Baizhi are viable replacements depending on whether you want extra Havoc amplification, off-field coordinated attacks, or alternate healing.

1. Start with Shorekeeper and cycle through her kit to summon Butterflies and charge both her Resonance Liberation and Concerto Energy., 2. Use Shorekeeper's Resonance Liberation and swap to Mortefi when Concerto Energy is full and his icon is glowing., 3. Use Mortefi's optimal combo to maximize on-field damage and quickly charge his Resonance Liberation; aim to max Concerto Energy again while doing so., 4. Once Mortefi's Resonance Liberation and Concerto Energy are maxed, use his Ultimate and swap back to Danjin to grant her a Heavy Attack Damage Boost that amplifies Heavy Attack: Chaoscleave., 5. Continue DPSing with Danjin until Concerto Energy is maxed again, then switch back to Shorekeeper to detonate her Resonance Liberation's field for burst damage., 6. Repeat the cycle until the enemy is defeated.
