Weapons: Wolf Fang at R5 ranks above Haran Geppaku Futsu. Harbinger of Dawn only if HP reliably stays above 90%. Finale of the Deep with a reliable passive ranks near Summit Shaper.
Artifacts: Emblem of Severed Fate (4) is preferable to Gilded Dreams (4) when Energy Recharge needs hit 160%+.

Weapons: Freedom-Sworn ranked only when the passive triggers and the team benefits from it. Wolf Fang at R5 ranks similarly to Azurelight. Lion's Roar assumes 90% passive uptime; at R5 it ranks similarly to Wolf Fang. Harbinger of Dawn assumes the passive is always active. Finale of the Deep ranks near Summit Shaper if Bond of Life clears reliably.
Artifacts: Celestial Gift is usually the best set with Hexerei: Secret Rite if no one else can hold it. Emblem of Severed Fate (4) competes with A Day Carved By Rising Winds (4) at 160%+ Energy Recharge.
