Chongyun excels as a Burst Nuke — Normal Attack scalings are low even at C1. Elemental Burst hits extremely hard at higher constellations and takes a much larger damage share. All three hits can Reverse Melt against strong Pyro like Bennett's Skill and Burst.
At C2, Elemental Skill reduces ability cooldown by 15% for skills cast within its zone — one of the few cooldown reduction effects in the game.
Weapon choices: Akuoumaru at R1 beats Luxurious Sea-Lord if total team energy ≥260. Akuoumaru only outperforms at R2+ otherwise.
Artifact sets: Noblesse Oblige (4) — Chongyun is a top holder due to low Energy Recharge needs for his Burst.
