Prefer Chongyun as a Burst nuke over main DPS — Normal Attack scalings are very low, even with [C1]. His Burst hits far harder at later constellations and covers a much bigger share of total damage. All 3 hits can Reverse Melt off strong Pyro applied by Bennett's Skill/Burst.
[C2]: Skill zone cuts cooldowns by 15% — one of the few cooldown-reduction effects in the game.
Weapons: Akuoumaru [R1] beats Luxurious Sea-Lord in teams with 260+ total energy; otherwise it needs [R2]+.
Artifacts: Noblesse Oblige (4) — one of the best holders, since his Burst has low energy requirements.
