Weapon Choices:
Sacrificial Bow: Preferred over Favonius Warbow at higher refinements when batterying another Cryo character.
Favonius Warbow: Build some CRIT Rate in substats to reliably trigger its passive for extra energy.
Silvershower Heartstrings, Recurve Bow, Sequence of Solitude: Best for stronger shields, but inferior passives and lower Energy Recharge make them suboptimal overall.
Artifact Sets:
Noblesse Oblige (4): Provides a teamwide ATK% buff and increases Burst damage. Diona lacks perfect uptime on this set but is often the best carrier in the party.
Instructor (4): Niche option for teams valuing Elemental Mastery; can be used if she triggers a reaction on-field. Note that a 4★ set limits stat potential.
Tenacity of the Millelith (4): Niche for Ganyu Freeze variants with short rotations, where Diona's Burst isn't used every cycle and the ATK% buff can snapshot onto Ganyu's Burst.
Main Stats Priority:
Full HP% for stronger shields but weaker healing. Use a Healing Bonus Circlet to balance both.
Talent Priority:
