Diona's C6 Burst field grants 200 Elemental Mastery (only above 50% HP) plus 40% reaction damage via Radiance — you must stay inside the field.

core_idea

Mona applies Hydro and Venti swirls Cryo to set up Freeze, then Ayaka unloads her Burst inside Omen and Viridescent Venerer shred. Diona keeps the team shielded and healed while feeding Cryo particles.

Diona: Hold Skill for the shield and Cryo particles, then Burst to heal and drop the field.
Venti: Burst to group liftable enemies and swirl Cryo for Viridescent Venerer shred.
