An Anima quick‑swap burst Sub‑DPS who sets up Lethal Rose Pact early, then returns to expend Rose Pact Bullets and finish with a frontloaded Ultimate (Pact Settlement). Works well in Blossom teams (increases Blossom instances) and as a flexible burst/SUPPORT pick.

Swallowtail — +15% Anima DMG, +10% Attachment DMG (20% for 6s after Ultimate). Improves Jiuyuan's Attachment (Lethal Rose Pact) damage and Ultimate synergy.
Picture Frame — +20% ATK when HP >50% (or +20% DEF when HP <50%).
Noros — grants +12% ATK for 10s when casting a Redirect skill (once per 20s).

Best Teams
Blossom composition that uses Jiuyuan to apply Lethal Rose Pact and enable extra Blossom instances (her passive gives more Vita Buds on‑field). Nanally is the Main DPS, Jiuyuan provides burst windows and grouping, Esper Zero assists Cosmos Blossom cycling, and Sakiri buffers.
Jiuyuan opens with Skill to apply Lethal Rose Pact and group enemies.
Switch to Nanally (and others) to run the DPS window while Pact ticks and Blossom procs occur.
Swap back to Jiuyuan, expend Rose Pact Bullets, then use Ultimate to trigger Pact Settlement.
Esper Zero helps generate Blossom/Vita Buds for multiple Blossom instances.
Hexed/Incantation team built around applying status and bursting. Jiuyuan plays a burst Sub‑DPS role — apply Pact early, then detonate with Ultimate while a Hexed DPS (Nanally or Mint) carries on-field afterwards. Sakiri buffers; Adler provides shielding and Incantation application.

Intel Hunter (Skill)
Applies Lethal Rose Pact and groups enemies. Level later—its value is utility + Pact application.
Intel Lock-On (Support Skill)
Provides an additional source of Rose Pact Bullets. Lower priority to level last.
When Secrets Take Shape (Basic Attack)
Used to unload Rose Pact Bullets between rotations. Level second to improve bullet damage.
Final Reckoning (Ultimate)
Main source of Jiuyuan's burst — responsible for the bulk of damage during her combo. Max this first.
How to Play
Jiuyuan's role is to open fights with her Skill (Lethal Rose Pact and group), let the main DPS run the window while the Pact ticks, then return to expend Rose Pact Bullets and end with her Ultimate to trigger Pact Settlement for big burst damage.
Rotations
- 1 Standard full rotation: Jiuyuan Skill → Shield/Mitigation Skill → Buffer Skill → Buffer Ultimate → Esper Zero Skill → Switch to DPS and perform rotation → Swap back → Jiuyuan Ultimate (end combo)
- 2 Gameplay loop: Jiuyuan goes first to apply Pact → Off‑field team DPS window → Return to Jiuyuan to expend bullets + Ultimate
Tips
- Start every combat by using Jiuyuan's Skill to group and apply Lethal Rose Pact.
- Switch to your main/secondary DPS to run their rotation while Pact deals continuous HP damage.
- When the DPS window ends, swap back, expend Rose Pact Bullets, and finish with Ultimate to trigger Pact Settlement.
- If running Blossom teams, pair with Cosmos characters (e.g., Esper Zero) to get more Blossom instances.
Skills
Basic Attack Description
Dashes across the battlefield, pulling the target into the range of control and attacking. Deals multiple instances of Anima DMG and grants 4 Rose Pact Bullets while establishing a Lethal Rose Pact.
Dashes across the battlefield at high speed, continuously firing on surrounding targets before ending with a large-scale explosion, dealing Anima DMG.
Triggers Final Reckoning, causing all Lethal Rose Pact targets within range to enter a stage where Pact Settlement can be triggered, executing all settlements simultaneously on the final hit.
Fires a curved bullet, dealing 1 instance of Anima DMG and granting 2 Rose Pact Bullets upon hit.
Passives
Blossom Enhancement: Spawns 1 additional Vita Bud and increases Vita Bud limit on field to 6.
Binds targets not affected by Fatal Rose Pact when Vita Pistils hit them. Triggers an additional settlement on targets already bound, causing them to take an extra 15% × Anima DMG.
Awakening
Increases Jiuyuan's ATK by 5% for each target on the field bound by Lethal Rose Pact, up to 15%.
Increases Lethal Rose Pact DMG Ratio by 100%. Restores HP to the entire team equal to 5% of the total damage accumulated by that Rose Pact whenever Pact Settlement is triggered by casting Final Reckoning.
Deducts an additional 4 Break from the settlement target when Pact Settlement is triggered by casting Final Reckoning.
Increases DMG Ratio by 50% and affects targets within range when Pact Settlement is actively triggered.
Jiuyuan's DMG against targets bound by Lethal Rose Pact increases by 8%.
Deals 200% DMG Ratio to targets bound by Lethal Rose Pact each time they cast a skill. This effect has a 5s cooldown.
Increases the skill level of When Secrets Take Shape, Intel Hunter, and Final Reckoning by 1.
Reduces Anima Resistance of targets bound by Lethal Rose Pact by 10%.
