Jiuyuan is an Anima-based burst DPS who excels at entering combat only when her energy and Rose Pact Bullets are ready. Her quickswap playstyle, frontloaded Ultimate, and Blossom enhancements make her a versatile A-tier DPS and support.

Picture Frame: Increases ATK by 20% when the wearer's HP is above 50%; increases DEF by 20% when HP is below 50%.
Noros: Increases wearer's ATK by 12% for 10s when casting a Redirect Skill. Triggers up to once every 20s.

Blossom-focused team where Jiuyuan bursts and Nanally takes over on-field DPS.
Start with Jiuyuan's Skill to group and apply Lethal Rose Pact.
Cycle through supports and Esper Zero, then let Nanally deal damage on-field.
Return to Jiuyuan to trigger Pact Settlement with her Ultimate.
Hexed team using Jiuyuan as burst sub-DPS with Nanally or Mint as on-field DPS.
Use Jiuyuan for her burst combo, then swap to Nanally or Mint for sustained damage.
Sakiri buffs both DPS units.
Adler provides shields and applies Incantation for the Hexed Esper Cycle.

Intel Hunter (Skill)
Mainly used to apply Lethal Rose Pact to enemies; can be leveled later.
Intel Lock-On (Support Skill)
Provides a secondary source of Rose Pact Bullets; level last.
When Secrets Take Shape (Basic Attack)
Used every other rotation to unload Rose Pact Bullets; max second to improve its damage.
Final Reckoning (Ultimate)
The bulk of Jiuyuan's damage; responsible for about 80% of her burst-window output.
How to Play
Jiuyuan is a quickswap burst DPS. Open fights with her Skill to group enemies and apply Lethal Rose Pact, then rotate through supports and your main DPS. Return to Jiuyuan when the time is right to expend Rose Pact Bullets and detonate everything with her Ultimate.
Rotations
- 1Standard Rotation: Jiuyuan Skill → Shield/Mitigation Skill → Buffer Skill → Buffer Ultimate → Esper Zero Skill → Switch to DPS and perform rotation → Jiuyuan Ultimate
- 2After the DPS window, swap back to Jiuyuan, use her Ultimate to activate Pact Settlement, then use her Skill to group enemies again.
Tips
- Use Jiuyuan's Skill at the start of fights since Lethal Rose Pact needs time to trigger and lasts 25 seconds.
- Her Skill's pull is deceptively wide and can serve as the team's only grouping tool.
- Lethal Rose Pact continuously devours enemy HP and can explode naturally if you do not trigger Pact Settlement.
- Pair her with Cosmos characters in Blossom teams or Incantation characters in Hexed teams to make the most of her passive.
Skills
Basic Attack Description
Dashes across the battlefield, pulling the target into the range of control and attacking. Deals multiple instances of Anima DMG and grants 4 Rose Pact Bullets while establishing a Lethal Rose Pact.
Dashes across the battlefield at high speed, continuously firing on surrounding targets before ending with a large-scale explosion, dealing Anima DMG.
Triggers Final Reckoning, causing all Lethal Rose Pact targets within range to enter a stage where Pact Settlement can be triggered, executing all settlements simultaneously on the final hit.
Fires a curved bullet, dealing 1 instance of Anima DMG and granting 2 Rose Pact Bullets upon hit.
Passives
Blossom Enhancement: Spawns 1 additional Vita Bud and increases Vita Bud limit on field to 6.
Binds targets not affected by Fatal Rose Pact when Vita Pistils hit them. Triggers an additional settlement on targets already bound, causing them to take an extra 15% × Anima DMG.
Awakening
Increases Jiuyuan's ATK by 5% for each target on the field bound by Lethal Rose Pact, up to 15%.
Increases Lethal Rose Pact DMG Ratio by 100%. Restores HP to the entire team equal to 5% of the total damage accumulated by that Rose Pact whenever Pact Settlement is triggered by casting Final Reckoning.
Deducts an additional 4 Break from the settlement target when Pact Settlement is triggered by casting Final Reckoning.
Increases DMG Ratio by 50% and affects targets within range when Pact Settlement is actively triggered.
Jiuyuan's DMG against targets bound by Lethal Rose Pact increases by 8%.
Deals 200% DMG Ratio to targets bound by Lethal Rose Pact each time they cast a skill. This effect has a 5s cooldown.
Increases the skill level of When Secrets Take Shape, Intel Hunter, and Final Reckoning by 1.
Reduces Anima Resistance of targets bound by Lethal Rose Pact by 10%.
