A 5-pc Havoc Eclipse is the best Havoc set for a Havoc Main-DPS like Rover-Havoc. Havoc DMG also increases after a Basic Attack or Heavy Attack which is part of their kit.

You can also opt for a mix of Havoc Eclipse and Lingering Tunes if you have better sub-stats for those pieces. This increases both Havoc DMG and ATK - great for a Havoc DPS like Rover-Havoc.

Rover (Havoc) Premium Team

This team composition focuses on buffing the Rover's overall damage in battle using Shorekeeper and Roccia's buffs. If you also have Shorekeeper's second Inherent Skill unlocked, she will be able to apply a 10% Energy Regen gain to the Rover while her Stellarealm is active. Shorekeeper will provide healing as well as Crit. Rate, and Crit. DMG buffs to the entire party, while Roccia's Outro Skill provides a Havoc DMG and Basic Attack DMG Amplification to the Rover. Do note that this is team's damage will be drastically reduced against enemies who are immune to Havoc such as the Havoc Prism.

Shorekeeper starts the battle and charges her Resonance Liberation alongside the team's Concerto Energy until the other Resonator's icons glow up. Cast her Resonance Liberation once available to set up her Stellarealm., Once Roccia is fully charged, switch to her. Shorekeeper's Outro Skill will provide Crit buffs and healing while inside the Stellarealm., Use Roccia's optimal combo to charge her Liberation and Concerto Energy. Finally, switch to the Rover when the Concerto Energy is full. Doing this increases the Rover's Havoc and Basic Attack DMG., Charge the Rover's Forte Circuit gauge so they can enter the Dark Surge state and do their combos. Do not forget to cast their Resonance Liberation whenever possible., Finally, switch to Shorekeeper with full Concerto Energy to detonate the Stellarealm for a burst of damage!, Repeat the steps until enemies are defeated.

Rover (Havoc) Free-to-Play Team

This free-to-play team composition relies on Sanhua to have Rover's Basic ATK Amplified so that they can maximize their damage when Dark Surge is active. Your third slot can be Baizhi or Shorekeeper if you have her.

Sanhua starts the battle and charges the Concerto Energy until the other Resonator's icons glow up. She should try and deal as much damage as possible with her ice structures., Once the Rover is fully charged, you can switch to them to use their Intro Skill. Switching from Sanhua to the Rover will have their Basic ATK DMG Amplified so that they can deal more damage in their Dark Surge state., Continuously attack enemies using the Rover's Basic Attack, making sure to avoid attacks thrown by the enemies. Once fully charged, use the Rover's Resonance Liberation and deal a lot of DMG with their kit. If available, follow up Rover's Resonance Liberation with the Dreamless Echo ability., Switch to Sanhua again once the Concerto Energy has fully charged up. If you need healing, switch to Baizhi and use their healing skill for a quick heal., Repeat the steps until the enemies are felled.
