Locked Thread

Basic Attack
Perform up to 4 consecutive attacks, dealing Spectro DMG.
Hold Normal Attack right after Basic Attack Stage 1 to continuously attack the targets, dealing Spectro DMG. Hold this skill for a certain amount of time to cast Heavy Attack Stage 1.

Protocol Breach

Resonance Skill - Payload
Cast Resonance Skill - Payload to charge forward, dealing Spectro DMG and inflicting Hack - Shifting. Upon hitting the target, a follow-up attack is automatically triggered, dealing Spectro DMG and activating Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference. If no target is hit during the charge, reduce the skill CD by 70%. If the charge is interrupted or not successfully cast, the skill CD is not reduced.
Press Normal Attack shortly after the follow-up attack to cast Basic Attack Stage 2.
Hold Normal Attack shortly after follow-up attack lands to cast Heavy Attack Stage 2.

Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference
Cast Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference to cut through the target, dealing Spectro DMG and briefly Stagnating the target, before granting Digital Handshake.
Digital Handshake: When Lucy is not in Algorithm Compaction and is the active Resonator in the team, she gains TCP every second. This effect is removed when TCP reaches 100 points or when Resonance Liberation - Netrunner or Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive is cast.

Resonance Skill - Deadlock
When TCP reaches 100 points or Lucy is in Algorithm Compaction, Resonance Skill - Payload and Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference are replaced with Resonance Skill - Deadlock.
Cast Resonance Skill - Deadlock to attack the target, dealing Spectro DMG and inflicting Hack - Shifting, considered Heavy Attack DMG.
Press Normal Attack shortly after casting this skill to cast Basic Attack - Thread Shredding Stage 2.

Netrunner

Resonance Liberation - Netrunner
Lucy deep dives into cyberspace and pulls up the Protocol Interface for 10s. While the Protocol Interface is active, choose up to 7 different Spoofing Program effects, each requiring different RAM costs. Lucy starts with 24 points of RAM.
While in the Protocol Interface, Lucy marks targets within a certain range in her view. Marked targets will be applied with all Spoofing Program effects selected afterwards. Adjust Lucy's view to mark more targets. When no target is in view, no Spoofing Program can be applied.
While in the Protocol Interface, when either the duration expires or when Normal Attack is held down, Override is triggered, which deals Spectro DMG to all marked targets before closing the Protocol Interface, considered Heavy Attack DMG. When RAM runs out or is insufficient to activate any Spoofing Programs, press Normal Attack to trigger Override on all marked targets.
Can be cast in mid-air close to the ground.

Spoofing Program: Ping
Requires 2 RAM. Extends field of view. Lucy marks and deals Spectro DMG to all nearby targets within the effective range without having to adjust the view, considered Heavy Attack DMG.
Spoofing Program: Cyberware Malfunction
Requires 4 RAM. Marked targets take 5% more DMG for 30s.
Spoofing Program: Breach Protocol
Requires 4 RAM. Marked targets' DEF is reduced by 5% for 30s.
Spoofing Program: Synapse Burnout
Requires 5 RAM. Deals Spectro DMG to all marked targets within a certain range, considered Heavy Attack DMG.
Spoofing Program: Cripple Movement
Requires 6 RAM. Deals Hack DMG to all marked targets and reduces their ATK by 5% for 30s.
Spoofing Program: Weapon Glitch
Requires 5 RAM. Causes all marked targets' attacks to have a chance to be reduced by 100% within 30s.
Spoofing Program: Cyberpsychosis
Requires 6 RAM. Convert all marked targets to neutral units and reduce their Vibration Strength. Only effective against Common Class enemies.

Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive
When in Algorithm Compaction, after Heavy Attack - Multi-threading is cast, Resonance Liberation - Netrunner is replaced with Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive. Lucy gains all effects of Resonance Liberation - Netrunner, and the DMG Multiplier of Override is greatly increased.
After casting Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive, or when Lucy exits the Algorithm Compaction state, Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive is replaced with Resonance Liberation - Netrunner.
Can be cast in mid-air close to the ground.

Ghost Cyberware

When Lucy is the active Resonator in the team, if she takes no damage for 8s, she gains 1 stacks of Optical Illusion. Max 1 stacks by default.
Optical Illusion: When attacked, reduce this instance of DMG by 100%. If Lucy is hit or launched from the attack, she immediately recovers and triggers a successful Dodge if she's on the ground. After this effect is triggered, remove 1 stacks of Optical Illusion. This effect can be triggered up to 1 times every 0.5s.

Function Cracking

When Resonance Skill - Payload, Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference, or Resonance Skill - Deadlock damages an Overlord Class or Calamity Class enemy, Lucy applies Botnet Mark on them for 2 min. While Botnet Mark is active, when a Resonator in the team defeats that target with direct damage, Lucy gains the Network Backdoor effect. If Rebecca is in the team, she gains the same effect.

Network Backdoor
Grants 10% All DMG Amplification and 10% additional Hack DMG Multiplier. This effect lasts for 2 min and stacks up to 2 times. At 2 stacks, additionally increases All DMG Amplification by 5% and Hack DMG Multiplier by 5%. When Lucy is downed, she can no longer gain Network Backdoor, and any existing Network Backdoor effects become invalid.

Outdated Hallucination

Attack the target, dealing Spectro DMG and granting Resonators in the team Involuntary Sharing, allowing them to see targets behind obstacles for 25s. Additionally, Involuntary Sharing is enhanced on Rebecca, allowing her to lock onto targets behind obstacles. If Rebecca's turret is on the field, its Overload effect is activated, increasing its DMG dealt for 4s.
If Lucy is not in Algorithm Compaction after casting this skill, press Normal Attack within a certain time to cast Basic Attack Stage 2.
If Lucy is in Algorithm Compaction after casting this skill, press Normal Attack within a certain time to cast Basic Attack - Thread Shredding Stage 2.
After casting this skill, the next Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference additionally grants 20 points of TCP.

Depths of Blackwall

Cloud Portal
When not in Algorithm Compaction, Lucy gains TCP upon hitting a target. At 100 points of TCP, Resonance Skill - Payload and Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference are replaced with Resonance Skill - Deadlock.
Casting Resonance Liberation - Netrunner or Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive clears all TCP.

Algorithm Compaction
After casting Resonance Skill - Deadlock, Lucy enters Algorithm Compaction and gains 1 stacks of SQL. Her Basic Attack is replaced with Basic Attack - Thread Shredding, and Heavy Attack is replaced with Heavy Attack - Single Threading. Lucy's Spectro DMG Bonus is increased by 65% for 8s.
While in Algorithm Compaction, casting Resonance Skill - Deadlock again will not grant SQL and Spectro DMG Bonus repetitively.
When in Algorithm Compaction, Lucy gains Root Access upon hitting a target with attacks including Basic Attack - Thread Shredding and Heavy Attack - Single Threading. Reaching 100 points of Root Access replaces Heavy Attack - Single Threading with Heavy Attack - Dual Threading. Press or hold Normal Attack shortly after casting Heavy Attack - Dual Threading to cast Heavy Attack - Multi-threading.
When casting Heavy Attack - Multi-threading, if Lucy has SQL, increase this attack's DMG Multiplier by 270% and remove SQL.
When casting Heavy Attack - Multi-threading, if Lucy does not have SQL, she loses 20% of current HP. If Lucy's HP is below 1%, no HP is consumed.
After casting Heavy Attack - Multi-threading, Resonance Liberation - Netrunner is replaced with Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive.
Lucy exits the the Algorithm Compaction state after casting Resonance Liberation - Netrunner or Resonance Liberation - Old Net Deep Dive, or Heavy Attack - Multi-threading is not followed up by one of these skills: Normal Attack - Locked Thread, Resonance Skill - Protocol Breach, Intro Skill - Outdated Hallucination, and Tune Break - Data Crash.

Hack Response - Data Crash
Lucy deals Spectro DMG to a target inflicted with Hack - Interfered and applies the same target with Data Crash, considered Hack DMG.
Data Crash: After the target deals damage, Stagnate the target for 0.5s. Data Crash is removed after this effect is triggered.

TCP
Lucy holds up to 100 points of TCP.
Lucy gains TCP when she deals damage through Basic Attack, Heavy Attack, Mid-air Attack, Dodge Counter.
Lucy gains TCP when she deals damage through Resonance Skill - Payload and Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference.
After casting Intro Skill - Outdated Hallucination, casting the next Resonance Skill - Pulse Interference additionally grants 20 points of TCP.

Root Access
Lucy holds up to 100 points of Root Access.
Lucy gains Root Access when she deals damage through Basic Attack - Thread Shredding, Heavy Attack - Single Threading, Mid-air Attack - Algorithm Compaction, and Dodge Counter - Algorithm Compaction.

Countermeasure Program

The incoming Resonator gains 25% Basic Attack DMG Amplification for 14s or until they are switched out.
Grants all Resonators in the team Countermeasure Program for 25s.
While the effect is active, when an active Resonator in the team other than Lucy inflicts Hack - Shifting, that Resonator gains 20% All DMG Amplification.
While the effect is active, when a Resonator in the team other than Lucy is attacked, Lucy grants them 30% DMG Reduction for 3s and Stagnates their attacker for 1s. This effect can only trigger up to 1 time while Countermeasure Program is active. Obtaining Countermeasure Program again resets the effective charge.
When the All DMG Amplification is effective, switching to another Resonator ends the Countermeasure Program early.

Data Crash

When the target's Off-Tune Level is full, Lucy can cast Tune Break on the target.
Responding to Hack - Interfered: when Resonators in the team trigger Tune Break on the target and cause them to be affected by Hack - Interfered, Lucy applies Hack Response - Data Crash on the target. Each target can be inflicted with this effect up to 1 times every 8s.
