Luminous Hymn is Phoebe's best-in-slot: increases Basic and Heavy ATK damage when Spectro Frazzle is applied and amplifies Spectro Frazzle damage when casting Outro. Use it on both DPS and Sub‑DPS builds.

Aim for Capitaneus as the main Echo — best synergy (Spectro DMG + Heavy Attack DMG). If you lack Capitaneus, use Nightmare: Mourning Aix or regular Mourning Aix as stopgaps.

For Sub‑DPS rotations ensure ~125%–130% Energy Regen from substats alone so Liberation can be used reliably without sacrificing offensive rolls.

Eternal Radiance (5‑pc) is best for both DPS and Sub‑DPS Phoebe. Moonlit Clouds is a useful secondary for funneling/support Sub‑DPS play.

When building DPS Phoebe, balance Crit Rate/CRIT DMG and hunt for Heavy Attack DMG substats. For Sub‑DPS, favor Energy Regen earlier in substat tuning.

Echo set recommendations: Zani: Eternal Radiance (5‑pc), Phoebe: Eternal Radiance (5‑pc), Shorekeeper: Rejuvenating Glow (5‑pc). Phoebe is the premier Spectro Frazzle applicator for fast stacking—ideal as sub‑DPS to enable Zani's Liberation. Shorekeeper is the recommended healer/support but may be swapped for Verina or Baizhi when needed.

1) Begin the fight with Shorekeeper and cycle through her kit. Cast her Resonance Liberation and charge Concerto Energy before swapping out., 2) Swap to Phoebe (Confession mode) and stack Spectro Frazzle using two Heavy Attacks and her Resonance Liberation., 3) When Phoebe's Concerto Gauge is full, switch to Zani., 4) Enter with Zani's Intro Skill to gain Spectro DMG Bonus, do Basic Attacks and cast Resonance Skill to build Redundant Energy., 5) When Redundant Energy is full, cast the transformed Resonance Skill to enter Sunburst Mode (20% Spectro Frazzle DMG amp)., 6) Cast Resonance Liberation to enter Inferno Mode., 7) In Inferno Mode, perform two Heavy Slash combos to deplete Blaze stacks (each stack increases damage multipliers)., 8) After Blaze stacks are depleted, cast Zani's second Liberation to deal major damage., 9) Swap back to Shorekeeper to detonate the Stellarealm. 1) Start with Shorekeeper, cycle her kit and end with Resonance Liberation to summon the Stellarealm., 2) When Concerto Gauge is maxed, switch to Rover (Spectro) to use their Intro Skill and upgrade the Stellarealm., 3) Use Rover combos to refill the Concerto Gauge and apply Spectro Frazzle. Swap to Phoebe when her icon glows., 4) After Phoebe's Intro Skill upgrades the Stellarealm to final level, open with her Resonance Skill and Echo Skill to set up., 5) Enter Absolution mode by holding Normal Attack, then use Resonance Liberation if available., 6) In Absolution, chain Basic Attacks and use Heavy Attack: Starflash until Forte Gauge depletes., 7) Track decaying Frazzle stacks—if stacks fall off, quickswap to Rover to reapply before continuing Phoebe's combo., 8) When Concerto Gauge is charged, swap back to Shorekeeper to detonate the Stellarealm. Repeat rotation.

To Where Light Shines

Summon a Ring of Mirrors at the target location, making the target hit stagnate for 2s and dealing Spectro DMG. The stagnation effect can be applied to 12 targets max for each Ring of Mirrors. Using Resonance Skill again shortly after the summoning teleports Phoebe to the Ring of Mirrors' location, dealing Spectro DMG.
Unable to teleport if Phoebe is too far from the Ring of Mirrors.

Ring of Mirrors
- Ring of Mirrors lasts for 30s. When Phoebe summons a new Ring of Mirrors, the existing Ring of Mirrors disappears.
- When Phoebe is outside of the Ring of Mirrors, a Basic Attack or Dodge Counter that hits the Ring of Mirrors will refract Holy Light, which deals Spectro DMG to targets inside the Ring of Mirrors and pulls the targets hit to the center of the ring. The DMG dealt is considered Basic Attack DMG. Can be triggered once every 0.5s.
- When Phoebe is inside the Ring of Mirrors, Basic Attack becomes Basic Attack Chamuel's Star, which performs up to 3 consecutive attacks, dealing Spectro DMG, considered Basic Attack DMG.

- Absolution and Confession cannot coexist. Entering into one will end the other.
- When Divine Voice is not exhausted, Phoebe is unable to cast Heavy Attack Absolution Litany and Resonance Skill Utter Confession.
- When Divine Voice is exhausted, Phoebe will not exit the Absolution or Confession status.

Heavy Attack: Starflash
When Phoebe has Divine Voice, casting Basic Attack Stage 3 or Dodge Counter replaces the next Heavy Attack with Heavy Attack: Starflash, which deals Spectro DMG at the cost of 30 Divine Voice.
- Absolution Enhancement: Reduce the cost of Divine Voice by 15. When the targets hit have Spectro Frazzle, the skill gains 256% DMG Amplification.
- Confession Enhancement: Apply 5 stacks of Spectro Frazzle to the targets hit.
