Daffodill
Daffodill is an A-tier Break-Burst DPS whose kit is built around Break Intensity. She is currently the only character who can function this way, dealing respectable damage that peaks when the enemy's weakness is about to break. Her main tradeoff is that her timings and damage windows are strict.

Best Arcs
Increases Break Intensity by 60. Seals Black Tome with two chains by default; each Support Skill cast by any team member unleashes 1 chain. When both chains are unleashed, Black Tome is summoned for 20s, designates an enemy every 5s, increases the wearer's Chaos DMG dealt to designated enemies by 20%, and deals Chaos DMG equal to 2% of the wearer's ATK to designated enemies when they take Break Damage.
Increases Break Intensity by 48. Increases DMG by 10% against Broken units.
Grants the wearer 10 Ultimate Energy when casting a Redirect Skill. Triggers up to once every 20s.

Daffodill serves as the Break unit Sub-DPS, paired with Baicang to trigger Scorch and Haniel to trigger Nova, which in turn triggers Discord. The last slot flexes between Adler for survivability and Jiuyuan for more Damage Over Time.
Open with a Psyche or Incantation character with full Cycle Energy, then swap to Daffodill to trigger Nova or Scorch.
Use at least two Support Skills to empower Daffodill's Skill before casting it.
Use Daffodill's Ultimate to apply Insight, then swap to Baicang for the main DPS window.
Save a Phantom Step charge to parry attacks and refill Ultimate Energy.
Trigger Discord to reduce the enemy Break cap via Daffodill's passive.
This team prioritizes Scorch instead of Discord, continuously reapplying DOT on enemies. Baicang, Sakiri, and Adler all have passive skills that improve the effects of Scorch on enemies.
Focus on maintaining Scorch DOT uptime.
Use Baicang, Sakiri, and Adler passives to improve Scorch effects.

A convenient way to add more damage to a Break-intensive kit, but lower priority until other abilities are leveled.

Applies Insight and powers Phantom Step counters, making it the second priority to level.

Deals a good bulk of damage including additional Break Damage, so it should be used often.
Resonance (Skill)
Daffodill's main damage skill; it can be empowered by teammates' Support Skills before casting, making it the highest priority.
How to Play
Daffodill is a Break-Burst DPS who empowers her Skill with Support Skills, applies Insight with her Ultimate, and uses Phantom Step to parry attacks and recharge Ultimate Energy. She excels in Discord teams where she can quickly Break enemies and enable her passive Break cap reduction.
Rotations
- 1Full Discord team rotation: Fadia Skill → Sakiri Hold Skill → Sakiri Ultimate → Daffodill Skill → Daffodill Ultimate → Baicang Skill and Ultimate → Daffodill Switch (Phantom Step) → Baicang Damage Rotation (possible Scorch trigger).
- 2Save one Phantom Step charge to parry an attack and charge Ultimate right away.
- 3During Baicang's rotation, aim for one or two Esper Cycles so Discord can trigger and Daffodill's Skill is empowered next rotation.
Tips
