Haniel
A Psyche buffer who summons Hootie to grant an ATK buff while off-field and deals additional off‑field damage. Works best as a support that briefly provides big team ATK windows and supplementary damage before swapping back to your main DPS.

Best Arcs
Beat King — While Haniel is off‑field, increases the active character's ATK (10%) and grants small stacking ATK when Haniel deals damage (up to 4 stacks). Also boosts Psyche DMG while Haniel is active and grants stacking Psyche DMG from Basic Attacks.
Nacupeda — Increases HP significantly and grants one random team effect when the wearer casts an Ultimate (healing single ally, a shield, or team HP recovery).
Picture Frame — Increases ATK by 20% when the wearer's HP is above 50% (and increases DEF when below 50%).

Haniel provides the ATK buff (Hootie) and off‑field damage; build a Discord composition with characters that apply Scorch/Nova to enable the Discord Eclipse cycle.
Start with a Lakshana/Chaos character to apply Stain or Nova where needed, swap to Haniel to place Hootie and apply her buff, then swap to main DPS to consume the buff and trigger Ensemble attacks.
Coordinate Scorch → Nova timings in a Discord team to guarantee Discord activation and maximize damage.
Haniel acts as the charge/support buffer: Speedy Hedgehog + Cycle synergy to accelerate Ultimates and provide an ATK buff on cast. Best when your team wants to take advantage of Charge/Remora cycles.
Use Haniel to apply the ATK buff and accelerate Ultimates (Speedy Hedgehog) so your DPS can capitalize on Charge/Remora cycles.

A Melody Named Haniel (Ultimate)
Empowers Hootie (increases damage and area) and increases ricochet cap—level second to enhance buffs and burst.
How to Play
Haniel is used primarily to apply a temporary ATK buff (via Hootie) and then hand the fight off to your main DPS. Cast her Ultimate to empower Hootie, place Hootie with her Skill, then swap out immediately to trigger extra attacks from Hootie and benefit from the ATK window.
Rotations
- 1 Standard Rotation: Sustain/Mitigation Skill → Haniel Ultimate → Haniel Skill → Swap to Sub‑DPS/Main DPS
- 2 Gameplay Loop (short): 1) If a Lakshana/Chaos teammate has full Cycle Energy, start with them to apply Stain/Nova → 2) Swap to Haniel and place Hootie with her Skill → 3) Immediately swap to your Main/Sub DPS to activate Hootie's extra attacks and consume the buff → 4) If available, use Haniel's Ultimate before her Skill to double/empower the buff.
Tips
- If you have a Lakshana or Chaos character ready, start with them to apply Stain or Nova, then swap to Haniel to place Hootie and trigger the desired cycle (e.g., Scorch → Nova → Discord).
- Use Haniel's Ultimate before her Skill when possible to empower Hootie and double the buff effect during the burst window.
