Beware Frozen: Hydro plus Cryo locks you in place, so check the field before casting.

Skill provides sustain. Low particle generation makes Energy Recharge for Burst every rotation unfeasible; treat Burst as an emergency button.
Weapons: Everlasting Moonglow maximizes personal on-field damage. Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers often yields highest team damage if the buff is utilized. Hakushin Ring is strong for teams using its passive and reliable Electro reactions.
Artifacts: Ocean-Hued Clam (4) is the best generalist pick, dealing damage while healing. Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City and Instructor (4) are best if reliable reactions provide buffs.
