Primordial Jade Winged-Spear: averaged 3 stacks.
Vortex Vanquisher: shielded; unshielded slightly better than Deathmatch [R1].
Deathmatch: [R4-R5] with 2+ enemies just below Calamity Queller; with Gilded Dreams (4) can beat all 4✩ options and even Primordial Jade Winged-Spear in single target.
Dragon's Bane: [R4-R5] slightly better than Calamity Queller.
Wavebreaker's Fin: [R4-R5] just below Calamity Queller.

Artifacts
Emblem of Severed Fate (4): at 130%+ Energy Recharge needs can surpass Gilded Dreams (4).

FREEZE
Works for quickswap/sub-DPS or perma-freeze DPS; usually secondary DPS to on-field freeze carries like Ayaka, Ganyu, Wriothesley.

Weapons: 120% Energy Recharge requirement; some weapons need 0 CRIT Rate rolls.
Calamity Queller: assumed max stacks; passive not doubled.
Wavebreaker's Fin: [R4-R5] with 270 energy cost team just below Staff of Homa.
Vortex Vanquisher: assumed 2 stacks; unshielded.
Primordial Jade Winged-Spear: assumed 2 stacks.

Artifacts
Noblesse Oblige (4): only quickswap/support, not perma-freeze DPS; consider only if no decent Blizzard Strayer (4) and no teammate holds it.

SUPPORT
Focuses on buffing, energy generation, and Cryo application; personal damage still matters but is lower priority.

Weapons
Favonius Lance: best when team energy needs are unmet; otherwise use a CRIT Rate weapon to benefit A4 buff.

Artifacts
Instructor (4): better for teams valuing Elemental Mastery over ATK, like Hu Tao VapeMelt, but sacrifices CRIT Rate buffing.
Archaic Petra (4): only if she can reliably pick up Crystallize shards.
Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City (4): unconditional 12% DMG to any element she reacts with; (2) also helps Energy Recharge requirement when a Night Soul Burst triggers in party.
