Built as a Hyperbloom trigger in Dendro teams — one of the best units in that role. Trades flexibility (versus Kuki Shinobu) for more particles, faster seed detonation, and a team Burst buff.
Artifacts
Two +80 Elemental Mastery 2-pc sets: with a second Electro unit, only ~1 substat roll behind Gilded Dreams 4-pc (3–4 behind without). Just run whichever has more Elemental Mastery rolls.
DPS
Damage and energy both come from the Burst, so keep the Skill active. The Resolve mechanic plus on-field time and heavy energy generation favors high-energy-cost off-field allies.
Weapons (ranked by personal damage)
Staff of the Scarlet Sands: skip Elemental Mastery — her other offensive stats outclass it.
Deathmatch: single-target assumption; at [R5] can beat Staff of Homa.
Skyward Spine: with the ATK SPD combo it edges past The Catch [R5].
Wavebreaker's Fin [R5]: on par with Deathmatch.
Lithic Spear: rated at 2 stacks; [R5] matches Deathmatch, but drops off below 2 stacks.
Favonius Lance: poor personal damage, yet outdoes most 4★ options when it batteries a high-damage ally such as Xiangling.
Sets
Tenacity of the Millelith (4): hurts personal damage, but team buffs can push it ahead.

SSA high-investment Electro hypercarry composition built around Raiden Shogun's Burst, with Kujou Sara (C6), Kazuha, and Bennett stacking buffs to maximize her damage.
Raiden's Burst damage scales with team energy consumption, so high-cost Bursts feed her Resolve stacks. Sara C6 provides massive CRIT DMG for Electro, Kazuha shreds resistance and grants Elemental Mastery buffs, and Bennett's Burst gives a huge ATK increase.
