Best Teams for

Chisa Glacio Chafe Team

Chisa has seen amazing performance in the Glacio Chafe composition alongside Hiyuki and Lucilla. As a DPS, Hiyuki has a very balanced kit, boasting strong DMG multipliers, Glacio Chafe application and usage, AoE crowd-control, and DMG negation against enemies. This is further exemplified with the addition of Lucilla, who provides amazing Glacio Chafe stack application for the party, while also boasting a lot of Glacio Chafe-centered buffs with her Inherent and Outro Skills. Aside from this, her decent damage output and fast rotations ensure that Hiyuki stays on-field for much longer. As for the premier Negative Status healer, Chisa raises the level of Hiyuki's teams quite a lot with her capacity to increase the stack limit of Glacio Chafe. Additionally, she inflicts Havoc Bane onto enemies, which reduces their DEF stats for Hiyuki to deal more damage. Lastly, this team maximizes Hiyuki's self-buffs that are unlocked for each unique Havoc Bane or Glacio Chafe Resonator in the team.

Start with Chisa and do one Resonance Skill followed by a Basic Attack string. Then, cast Resonance Liberation to max out her Forte., Next, cast Resonance Skill followed by holding the attack button until Chisa's Forte is depleted. You may then switch out to Lucilla via Outro., After Lucilla enters the field via Intro, hold her Resonance Skill to quickly get three Photo stacks. Once available, cast Resonance Liberation., Once Lucilla is in the Reminiscence mode, hold Heavy Attack until her Forte is depleted. Then, cast Echo Skill and switch to Hiyuki via Outro., With Hiyuki, hold Heavy Attack to fill her Forte and wait until the attack string is completed., Once Resonance Liberation is available, cast it to enter the Foreclaimed Self state., In this form, build up Hiyuki's Forte gauge by performing 5 Basic Attacks. Then, press Resonance Skill., After the first Resonance Skill, hold the second Resonance Skill cast to immediately enter the Iai stance, then do three instances of Basic Attack - Iai., Lastly, perform a Heavy Attack and follow it up with Hiyuki's Resonance Liberation. Then, switch back to Chisa via Outro., Repeat until no enemies are left on the field.

Chisa Fusion Burst Team

The addition of Denia in the game significantly improved on the Fusion Burst mechanic, completing the composition with a dedicated sub-DPS who provides great stacking of the debuff and DMG buffs to the Negative Status. While Aemeath can provide stacks of her own, Denia excellently complements her kit by providing crowd-control through her abilities, letting the DoT debuff be consistently applied among enemies. Additionally, Denia provides off-field support through her Erosion Field, which continuously inflicts Fusion Burst and crowd-control. Lastly, Chisa completes the team by providing further buffs to the mechanic through her ability to increase the max stack limit of Negative Statuses, DEF reduction against enemies, and crowd-control of her own. This team is great for AoE-based content, but also performs at the top level in other game modes.

Start off with Chisa and cast her Resonance Skill followed by 4 Basic Attacks. Then, cast Resonance Liberation to reach Max Forte., Next, cast Resonance Skill and hold the attack button after to consume all of her Forte gauge. Once depleted and Concerto is full, switch to Denia via Outro., Once Denia enters the field via Intro, press one Basic Attack followed by a Resonance Skill to fill her Forte gauge. Then, cast Resonance Liberation to enter the Breakdown Form., In Breakdown Form, perform one Basic Attack String and immediately follow it up with two casts of her Empowered Resonance Skill., Afterwards, press Resonance Liberation and switch out to Aemeath via Outro., As Aemeath enters via Intro, perform three Basic Attacks followed by her Resonance Liberation., Then, do four Basic Attacks and a Resonance Skill afterwards. Repeat this twice until there are four diamonds in her Forte gauge., Next, hold Basic Attack and press Resonance Skill once it's glowing to perform Aemeath's nuke skill. Lastly, switch out to Chisa once Outro is available., Repeat until all enemies are defeated.

Chisa Aero Erosion Team

Chisa can work as a sub-DPS healer for the Aero Erosion team with Cartethyia and Ciaccona. She can increase the maximum number of Aero Erosion stacks that can be applied onto enemies, similar to Rover (Aero), and can reduce enemy DEF with Havoc Bane. She is a slight upgrade to Aero Rover with Kumokiri, offering around the same benefits to the team but with more consistent healing and shielding. This is worth considering when getting her, as it essentially frees up Rover to be in other teams, such as with Zani or Phoebe in Spectro Frazzle teams.

Let Chisa enter the field and initiate with Resonance Skill. Then, do her Basic Attack string up to Death Snip and follow up with Thread Withdrawn. Afterwards, cast her Liberation to fill her Forte bar., With her Forte full, enter Chainsaw Mode with her Resonance Skill. During this time, hold her attack button to perform her full Sawring combo. Chisa will finish with her Sawring - Eradication, which you can then switch to the next Resonator., Have Ciaccona enter the field to immediately generate 1 Musical Essence and inflict 1 Erosion stack on enemies. Follow this up with 2 Basic Attacks to generate one more Musical Essence and let her do a Solo Concert., Do her optimal combos until her Forte is full, then cast a Heavy Attack to group enemies together. Lastly, cast her Resonance Liberation and switch to Cartethyia via Outro. Make sure Ciaccona is applying Aero Erosion with her Liberation., Once Cartethyia enters the field, she will generate 2 Erosion stacks and the Sword of Discord with her Intro. Follow this up with 3 Basic Attacks to apply more Erosion stacks and summon Sword of Divinity., Next, cast Resonance Skill to apply more Erosion stacks and summon Sword of Virtue. Once the three swords are available, do a mid-air attack to recall them., Cast Liberation to transform into Fleurdelys and immediately follow up with her Resonance Skill to group enemies together. Then, do three Mid-air attacks and recast her Resonance Skill to deal more damage., After this, do a Heavy Attack and two Basic Attacks to bring enemies into the air. Lastly, cast her Liberation to deal great Aero DMG in a straight line., Once she de-transforms, you can switch back to Chisa to repeat the rotation.

Chisa Spectro Frazzle Team (Phoebe Main DPS)

Chisa works in Spectro Frazzle teams by providing massive DEF reduction on to enemies via Havoc Bane and her Outro Skill, as well as increasing the maximum number of Frazzle stacks that can be applied. She also provides shields and heals for the entire team during her on-field time, making her a viable healer support unit. Of the two teams, Main DPS Phoebe particularly benefits from her the most due to her being able to activate Kumokiri's All-Type DMG Bonus buff with her Negative Status application. Zani cannot benefit from this, as she does not apply Negative Status effects. Her Heliacal Embers mechanic does not count toward this effect. Please take note that for supports, Shorekeeper is still the better option due to her more consistent healing, CRIT Rate, and DMG Amplification, although Chisa can be a good replacement and can open her up for other teams.

Start combat with Chisa and build up her Forte with her Resonance Skill and Basic Attacks. Once her Forte reaches around 60 points, cast her Liberation to deal good damage, enhance her Sawring attacks, and fill her Forte bar., With her Forte full, cast her enhanced Resonance Skill to enter Chainsaw Mode. Then, hold her attack button to perform her full Sawring attack string and end her rotation., Once the Concerto Gauge is maxed out, switch over to Rover (Spectro). Use Rover's optimal combos to apply Spectro Frazzle in the process. Finish up by swapping to Phoebe when her icon starts to glow., Open with Phoebe's Resonance Skill and Echo Skill to set herself up. Then, enter Absolution mode by holding down the Normal Attack input. Afterwards, unleash Phoebe's Resonance Liberation if it's available., In Absolution mode, chain together Phoebe's Basic Attacks to upgrade and use her Heavy Attack: Starflash until she's out of Forte Gauge., Take note of the decaying Frazzle stacks on the enemy to make sure that there is still a stack every time Phoebe does her combo. If there are no stacks, quick-swap to Rover and use their skill to top up the Frazzle stacks., Switch back to Chisa once her Intro is available. Repeat until all enemies are defeated.

Chisa Spectro Frazzle Team (Zani Main DPS)

Begin combat with Zani and build up her Redundant Energy via her Basic Attacks. This will help her succeed in rotations later on., Have Chisa enter the field and build her Forte bar with her Basic Attacks. Once she performs Death Snip, cast her Liberation to deal good damage, enhance her Sawring attacks, and fill her Forte bar., With her Forte full, cast her enhanced Resonance Skill to enter Chainsaw Mode. Then, hold her attack button to perform her full Sawring attack string and end her rotation., Switch to Phoebe and enter Confession Mode to stack Spectro Frazzle stacks. Her ideal combo is to perform two Heavy Attacks and her Resonance Liberation. Once Concerto is full, switch to Zani., Have Zani enter via her Intro Skill to get a Spectro DMG Bonus. Then, with her Redundant Energy full, cast her transformed Resonance Skill to enter Sunburst Mode and gain 20% Spectro Frazzle DMG amplification., Next, cast Resonance Liberation enter her Inferno Mode., In Inferno Mode, do two sets of Heavy Slash combos to deplete her Blaze stacks. Each Blaze stack increases her DMG multipliers., Once her Blaze stacks are depleted, you will be primed to use her second Liberation. Cast it to deal big damage against enemies., Repeat until all enemies are defeated.

Chisa Sub-DPS Team

Chisa can work as the premier sub-DPS in certain Negative Status teams, particularly with Hiyuki's Glacio Chafe composition. In this setup, Chisa focuses on dealing damage, grouping enemies together, increasing the max stack limit of Negative Statuses, and reducing DEF of enemies for optimal damage. As Rejuvenating Glow doesn't stack, have Shorekeeper hold this set while Chisa makes use of Thread of Severed Fate and Havoc Eclipse. Furthermore, Shorekeeper's own buffs boost both Hiyuki and Chisa's DMG outputs, making the team quite viable. Lastly, Hiyuki is the best main DPS to work in this setup due to her kit's unique synergy with Havoc Bane. Additionally, Hiyuki is unlike other Negative Status DPS units who rely on other Resonators to provide the stacks for them. This self-application and consumption allows Chisa to work in this role well, letting both healers funnel buffs to Hiyuki.

Start with Shorekeeper and go through her optimal combos to generate Resonance and Concerto energy. Once available, deploy Stellarealm via her Liberation and exit with Outro., Switch to Chisa and have her cast three Basic Attacks immediately after her Intro Skill. Then, cast Resonance Liberation to fill her Forte gauge to max., Once Chisa's Forte is full, use Resonance Skill to change her kit into her Sawring attacks. You may hold the Resonance Skill to group enemies together., With Sawring active, simply hold Chisa's Heavy Attack until all attacks are consumed. You may then switch out to Hiyuki via Outro., After Hiyuki enters via Intro, hold Heavy Attack until her bow attack string ends., Then, press Resonance Liberation to enter the Foreclaimed Self state. In this state, do five Basic Attacks, followed by pressing the first Resonance Skill., Next, hold Hiyuki's second Resonance Skill to instantly enter the Iai Stance. You can follow this up with three instances of Basic Attack - Iai., With Hiyuki's Forte gauge glowing, do a Heavy Attack followed by Resonance Liberation. You can hold Hiyuki's Liberation cast to save or consume her Snowforged Blade stacks., As Hiyuki's Concerto is full, switch back to Shorekeeper via Outro to detonate Stellarealm., Repeat until all enemies are defeated.
