Build Notes

This is Da Pan's endgame damage setup, built around stacking Vulnerability to 4 and then detonating it with his Combo Skill. Amaranthine Tassel supplies the ATK and Physical DMG multipliers his Crush depends on, while the Grizzled Edge set converts the consumed Vulnerability stacks into a 20-second Physical DMG window that multiplies further against Staggered, Physical Susceptible, or Crystal-attached targets. The Swordmancer NAV Beacon fills the remaining slot for Arts Intensity so his secondary scaling stat is not neglected. In practice the rotation is simple: open with the Ultimate to blanket a group in Vulnerability and Prep Ingredients, fire the Combo Skill to Crush and shorten its own cooldown, then repeat. Pick Exemplar if you lack the signature greatsword, and only drop to Phantom Pain or Ancient Canal when nothing better is on hand.
Amaranthine Tassel is chosen first because its ATK and Physical DMG bonuses multiply the Crush portion of his Combo Skill, which is where most of his damage sits.
The Grizzled Edge set rewards the exact loop he already performs — consuming Vulnerability stacks with Crush — so the set and his kit reinforce each other instead of competing.
The Swordmancer NAV Beacon offsets the set's Physical focus by adding Arts Intensity, rounding out his three preferred offensive stats.
Exemplar is the closest substitute when Amaranthine Tassel is unavailable; its Physical DMG buff is easy to max out with a single Ultimate cast.
Phantom Pain is a pass weapon option, but it is harder to sustain because his Battle Skill is rarely used and the Combo Skill only fires after 4 Vulnerability stacks.
Ancient Canal remains the fallback when nothing better is available, trading peak damage for reliable Arts Intensity and Strength.
  • Amaranthine Tassel is the top pick because it pumps both ATK and Physical DMG, which is exactly what his Combo Skill Crush wants.
  • Grizzled Edge armor, gauntlets and push knife form the core of the set; the Swordmancer NAV Beacon fills the off-set slot for extra Arts Intensity.
  • The set bonus scales with how many Vulnerability stacks were eaten in one Crush, so timing the Combo Skill on a fully stacked target matters.
  • Against Staggered or Physical Susceptible targets the gear buff jumps to a higher multiplier, making debuff support genuinely valuable for him.
This endgame build turns Mi Fu into a dedicated Crush damage dealer. Amaranthine Tassel pairs with the full Grizzled Edge set: her Combo Skill applies Physical Susceptibility to switch on the weapon's Combative skill, while Battle Skill Move 2 applies Crush to satisfy the gear set and drive Physical DMG Dealt upward, with the higher multiplier available whenever the target is already susceptible, Staggered, or carrying Originium Crystals. The pieces also raise Strength, Will, Physical DMG Bonus, and Arts Intensity, which is precisely what her World Splitter Crush hit scales from. Swordmancer NAV Beacon fills the off-piece slot because the build is already saturated with Physical DMG, making its raw Strength and Arts Intensity worth more than another matching piece. Use this when Mi Fu is the primary damage dealer in a Mono-Physical composition and you can execute the full three-step Battle Skill chain regularly.
Amaranthine Tassel is first pick because her Combo Skill applies Physical Susceptibility, which is exactly the condition the weapon's Combative skill wants in order to grant Physical DMG and Arts Intensity.
Phantom Pain is a strong substitute: its Strength and Arts Intensity help her Crush scaling, and her constant Battle Skill casts keep its Layered Suffering Suppression stacked.
Exemplar functions as a raw stat option, and repeated Battle Skill casts let her pile on its Suppression effect without much effort.
Ancient Canal is the fallback when no higher-rarity option is available; its Strength and Arts Intensity suit her, and her Crush procs can reliably fire its skill.
Grizzled Edge is the endgame set because Mi Fu both applies Physical Susceptibility through her Combo Skill and applies Crush through Trail and Mangle, satisfying the set condition for the boosted Physical DMG Dealt value.
Swordmancer NAV Beacon covers the flex slot thanks to its large Strength and Arts Intensity, which outperform other off-pieces given how much Physical DMG the set and weapon already supply — this holds whether Crush eats 3 or 4 stacks.
  • Essence priority for the weapon: Attack Boost first, then Strength Boost, then Combative.
  • Mi Fu stacks Strength, Attack, Physical DMG, and Arts Intensity because the last of those raises her Crush hits from Moves 2 and 3.
  • The flex slot can be either a Grizzled Edge piece or the Swordmancer NAV Beacon depending on what you own.
