REACTION OFF-FIELD DPS This build prioritizes damage over Energy Recharge (ER) due to Venti's ER ascension stat. The following weapon choices assume an Elemental Mastery (EM) Venti. Regarding Weapon Choices: - Favonius Warbow: Although it's subpar for personal damage, this bow allows Venti to provide more energy for his teammates and cover his ER needs. It's recommended to find Crit Rate in substats for consistent passive procs. However, if Venti deals significant damage with Elemental Reactions or triggers other reactions, the value of this weapon decreases. - Elegy for the End: The ATK buff from Elegy for the End does not affect Venti's burst if he's the one equipping the bow, but the EM buff impacts his Swirl reaction. This is due to Venti's burst snapshotting his stats (excluding EM toward transformative reactions like Swirl) at the time of cast. While an R1 Elegy for the End yields slightly lower Venti damage compared to an R5 Stringless (~7% assuming 50% Elegy buff uptime), it provides a party-wide ATK and EM buff, which can be better for total team damage and comfortable ER. - Cloudforged: This weapon offers the most Elemental Mastery of any weapon. Venti can reliably achieve two stacks of the passive if he uses his Burst at least every 18s, making its performance slightly better than listed here. - Alley Hunter and Mouun's Moon: At R5, these weapons perform better than Favonius Warbow. ANEMO OFF-FIELD DPS Recommended only in situations where Venti receives a lot of buffs from teammates (e.g., Bennett, Faruzan) and doesn't trigger reactions like Aggravate or Electro-Charged. Regarding Weapon Choices: - Elegy for the End: Elegy is about equal to Alley Hunter in terms of DPS, but its team-wide buffs make it a more worthwhile choice on Venti. Regarding Mainstats: - Goblet: The Goblet can be ATK% or Anemo DMG; generally, choose the one with better substats. If Venti's Stormeye's absorbed element is further boosted (e.g., Shenhe for Cryo), then an ATK% Goblet will be preferred.
