Tolling Rally doesn't apply to Prune herself.
The buff caps out at 4,000 ATK—a threshold rarely reachable unless she's fielded in a Hexerei team.

BUFF SUPPORT
Relies on Swirl: triggering it converts Banehunter Oathhammer (Elemental Skill) into the Swirled element. With A4 unlocked, converted Skill or Elemental Burst hits activate Tolling Rally, granting team DMG buffs scaled off ATK.
While a Hexerei ally under Tolling Rally triggers a reaction, Prune gains ATK%; if that reaction is Swirl, the triggering ally gains ATK% too.
[C1] Restores 2 Energy per 1.8s per converted Oathhammer hit; total Energy depends on Swirl frequency during the Burst window.
[C6] Extends Burst duration by 4s.
WEAPONS
Favonius Codex: Skip it when Energy is comfortable — a higher Base ATK weapon yields a stronger buff.
Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers: Low Base ATK weakens her buff, but the 48% ATK boost to the DPS can be worth it depending on the team.

Viridescent Venerer (4) and Celestial Gift (4): Interchangeable — use whichever the team isn't already holding.
