Antal is an A-tier Electric Supporter whose value swings heavily with team composition. He boosts allied Heat and Electric damage while marking a single target with long-lasting Susceptibility, so he thrives in Heat or Electric lineups and contributes little elsewhere. Ultimate-driven Amp buffs, extra infliction stacking, and a small healing talent round out a solid but narrow support kit.
endgamesupportlate_gamesupportelectric_teamteam_buffdebuffultimate_uptime
This is Antal's default endgame setup for Electric teams. Detonation Unit handles the weapon slot, applying Arts DMG Taken to the target so everything the team does lands harder, while Eternal Xiranite converts his own debuff and Amp applications into a damage buff for the rest of the squad. Redeemer Armor sits in the armor slot as an off-piece so the gloves and both cores can finish the set, and the whole package is stacked toward Ultimate Gain Efficiency. The result is a support who cycles Ultimates quickly enough to keep Amp uptime high and keeps his team buff active for most of the fight. Use this whenever the team's damage is Electric-aligned.

Explanation
Detonation Unit is the pick because it stamps Arts DMG Taken onto the enemy, effectively raising the whole squad's output while Antal is on the field.
OBJ Arts Identifier, Monaihe, and Hypernova Auto are workable fallbacks: Monaihe only functions as a raw stat stick for Ultimate Gain, while Hypernova Auto is the budget option that just adds a little Attack and Intellect.
Eternal Xiranite turns his debuff applications into a team damage buff, which is exactly the job a support slot wants, and the three-piece plus Redeemer Armor off-piece arrangement still keeps the set bonus intact.
Notes
- Eternal Xiranite's team-wide damage buff triggers off Antal's own Amp, Susceptibility, Protected, or Weakened applications, so his Battle Skill and Ultimate keep it online.
- Redeemer Armor is used as the off-piece, freeing the remaining three slots to complete the Eternal Xiranite set.
- Every piece in this loadout pushes Ultimate Gain Efficiency, which directly increases how often the Amp buff is available.

This configuration shifts Antal toward Heat lineups. Qingbo reduces his Combo Skill cooldown and rewards him for casting it, so he can repeatedly add stacks of Heat Infliction to a Focused target, while Redeemer Seal occupies the off-piece slot. On the weapon side, Stanza of Memorials becomes the top option once it is at Potential 2, where its team Attack buff scales past Detonation Unit; at a single copy Detonation Unit should be kept instead, and OBJ Arts Identifier or Hypernova Auto cover the cheaper end. Because Qingbo replaces Eternal Xiranite, this build is meant for teams where someone else already carries that set.

1combo_skill_cooldown_reduction
Explanation
The Heat-team weapon ranking puts Stanza of Memorials first because its team Attack buff scales high, and the source notes it only pulls ahead of Detonation Unit from Potential 2 onward.
At one copy Detonation Unit is the safer default, while OBJ Arts Identifier is a strong alternative that adds Heat damage dealt for the team and Hypernova Auto is the best budget 4-star.
Qingbo is chosen because Heat teams want Antal's Combo Skill firing as often as possible to pile on extra Heat Infliction, and the cooldown reduction plus skill damage stacks feed that loop, with Redeemer Seal rounding out the off-piece.
Notes
- Only run this variant when a teammate is already holding Eternal Xiranite, otherwise the squad gives up that set's damage buff for nothing.
- Qingbo shortens the Combo Skill cooldown and rewards casting it, letting Antal re-apply Heat Infliction stacks more frequently.
- Stanza of Memorials only overtakes Detonation Unit once it reaches Potential 2, so a single copy should be benched in favour of Detonation Unit.
- Redeemer Seal fills the off-piece slot so Qingbo's other three pieces still complete the set bonus.
early gamesupportbeginnerf2psupportenergy_generationultimate_uptime
A budget starting point for Antal built around getting his Ultimate out as early and as often as possible. OBJ Arts Identifier covers the weapon slot and is the easiest Arts Unit to obtain, while the Catastrophe set supplies bonus SP at the start of combat along with extra Ultimate Gain Efficiency so his Heat and Electric Amp buffs come online quickly. Miner Fists T1 fills the glove slot as a low-cost off-piece. The loadout does not directly buff the rest of the team, so it should be retired as soon as Eternal Xiranite or Qingbo pieces become available.

Explanation
OBJ Arts Identifier is the most accessible Arts Unit for a starting Antal, obtainable from the gacha or by working through the Node tab of the Operational Manual.
Catastrophe is chosen purely to get his Ultimate online faster, which is his main contribution before better gear exists, and Miner Fists T1 fills the remaining slot cheaply while still adding Ultimate Gain.
Nothing in this setup buffs teammates directly, so it is a stepping stone rather than a finished build.
Notes
- Catastrophe hands back a large chunk of SP at the start of battle on top of its Ultimate Gain Efficiency, so Antal can Amp early in the fight.
- Miner Fists T1 takes the glove slot as a cheap off-piece that also feeds Ultimate Gain.
- This is a transition setup meant to be swapped out for Eternal Xiranite or Qingbo once better gear is farmed.
Build Insights
Antal is a pure enabler who occupies a support slot in a Heat or Electric lineup and exists to multiply a carry's damage rather than deal his own. His rotation is built around opening with the Battle Skill to pin Focus on the priority target, then firing the Ultimate right before the main damage dealer commits its burst, so the Amp window overlaps with the biggest hits. The Combo Skill adds value whenever teammates are already layering Physical Statuses or Arts Inflictions onto the Focused enemy, because it repeats whatever effect is applied. Because his Amp only covers Heat and Electric, pairing him with Physical, Cryo, or Nature carries wastes most of his kit, and his single-target Focus means he struggles when damage must be spread across many enemies.
Core Mechanics
- The Battle Skill Specified Research Subject pins Focus on one enemy, which then suffers both Electric and Heat Susceptibility for a long duration.
- EMP Test Site fires when a Focused enemy takes a Physical Status or Arts Infliction, adding another stack of that same effect.
- Overclocked Moment grants the whole team temporary Electric Amp and Heat Amp, so lining it up with a carry's burst window matters.
- The Improviser talent trickles healing to Amped allies whenever their skills land damage, giving light passive sustain.
Scaling
- His Amp and Susceptibility values come straight from skill levels, so Ultimate and Battle Skill upgrades pay off directly.
- Ultimate Gain Efficiency is the key stat that decides how often his Amp buffs are actually available.
- On Heat teams the weapon choice flips at Potential 2: a duplicated 5-star outpaces the standard pick, while a single copy does not.
Character Notes
Antal is a 4-star Electric Supporter who pours his entire kit into amplifying Heat and Electric damage for his allies. He plays as a debuff-and-buff battery: the Battle Skill pins a long-lasting Focus debuff that makes one enemy take extra Electric and Heat damage, the Combo Skill duplicates whatever status or infliction is already sitting on that Focused target, and the Ultimate hands the whole squad a temporary Electric and Heat Amp. A talent also drips healing onto Amped teammates whenever their skills deal damage, adding a sliver of sustain. He slots easily into dedicated Heat or Electric compositions but offers very little outside them, and his single-target Focus keeps his value concentrated on priority enemies.
Playstyle
- Open with Specified Research Subject on the target you actually want debuffed, and use lock-on so Focus does not land on a random enemy.
- Hold Overclocked Moment until the carry is about to unload its damage so the Amp window is not wasted.
- Watch for teammates applying Physical Statuses or Arts Inflictions, since that is when his Combo Skill converts them into extra stacks.
- Fire the Ultimate at the start of a fight if the team needs Amp active across the whole rotation rather than for one burst.
Strengths
- Applies a very long Focus debuff that grants one enemy both Electric and Heat Susceptibility at the same time.
- Ultimate amps the entire team's Heat and Electric damage rather than only his own output.
- Combo Skill repeats whatever status or infliction is already present on the Focused target.
- Talent adds passive healing to Amped allies, giving the team a little extra sustain.
- Cheap 4-star investment that still delivers a meaningful buff and debuff package.
Weaknesses
- His buffs only cover Heat and Electric, so Physical, Cryo, and Nature teams gain almost nothing from him.
- Focus can only sit on a single enemy, which hurts him against large or spread-out waves.
- Personal damage output is low, so building him for his own DPS is not worthwhile.
- Amp duration and Ultimate cooldown make his buffs windowed rather than constantly active.
Team Guide
bestelectric_teamburst_team
Antal anchors this all-Electric composition as the support, amplifying the team's Electric output through both Electric Amp and increased enemy susceptibility. Zhuang Fangyi is the main damage dealer, while Antal and Perlica work together to build up to nine Sunderblade stacks so her Battle Skill hits at maximum strength. Arclight handles skill point generation and can supply an extra stack of Electric Infliction whenever the sequence calls for it.
Explanation
Antal applies Electric Amp and enemy Electric susceptibility, lifting the whole team's Electric damage.
Perlica and Antal together push toward the nine Sunderblade stacks that maximize Zhuang Fangyi's Battle Skill.
Arclight generates SP for the team and provides an extra Electric Infliction when needed.
Placing Perlica ahead of Zhuang Fangyi in the party menu lets her Combo Skill trigger first, applying Electrification for Arclight to consume.
Strengths
- Very high Electric damage backed by Antal's Amp and susceptibility debuffs.
- Reaches the nine-stack Sunderblade cap for a fully powered Zhuang Fangyi Battle Skill.
Weaknesses
- Demands a long, precise rotation and correct party ordering to reach the Sunderblade cap.
- Leans heavily on Arclight for both SP and Infliction support.
Rotation
- 1Use Antal's Battle Skill first to apply Focus and open the damage window.
- 2Enter Zhuang Fangyi's Ultimate once it is charged.
- 3Cast Zhuang Fangyi's Battle Skill for one stack of Electric Infliction and three summoned Sunderblades.
- 4Trigger Antal's Combo Skill to add a second stack of Electric Infliction.
- 5Perform a Final Strike with Zhuang Fangyi.
- 6Trigger Perlica's Combo Skill for Electrification, but hold Zhuang Fangyi's Combo Skill for now.
- 7Cast Arclight's Battle Skill to consume the Electrification Perlica applied.
- 8Trigger Zhuang Fangyi's Combo Skill to consume the inflictions and set a level 2 Electrification.
- 9Trigger Arclight's Combo Skill.
- 10Cast Zhuang Fangyi's Battle Skill to consume Electrification, raising Sunderblade count to six and reapplying one Infliction stack.
- 11Trigger Arclight's Combo Skill once more.
- 12Perform another Final Strike with Zhuang Fangyi.
- 13Cast Perlica's Battle Skill or Arclight's Ultimate to bring Electric Infliction up to two stacks.
- 14Trigger Zhuang Fangyi's Combo Skill to consume inflictions for a level 2 Electrification; if Arclight's Ultimate was used, fire this before Arclight consumes them.
- 15Trigger Arclight's Combo Skill.
- 16Activate Antal's Ultimate to contribute to the team's Electric Amp window.
- 17Follow with Perlica's Ultimate to add the Electric Amp.
- 18Cast Zhuang Fangyi's Battle Skill, which also triggers another Arclight Combo Skill.
- 19Trigger Arclight's Combo Skill.
- 20Perform Zhuang Fangyi's Final Strike.
- 21Trigger Perlica's Combo Skill.
- 22Trigger Zhuang Fangyi's Combo Skill to fire one more Arclight Combo Skill.
- 23Trigger Arclight's Combo Skill.
- 24Finish with one more Zhuang Fangyi Battle Skill before her Ultimate expires.
A long Electric loop that stacks Sunderblades to nine while chaining combo skills across Antal, Perlica, and Arclight before unleashing Zhuang Fangyi's burst.
bestelectric_teamburst_team
In this Electric variant Avywenna carries the damage, with Antal opening through Focus to set up the debuff window the team plays around. Perlica contributes sub-DPS pressure and Electric Infliction, while Arclight keeps skill points flowing and consumes Electrification to feed the next cycle. The rotation builds toward stacking Thunderlances that Avywenna's Battle Skill recalls and detonates.
Explanation
Antal's Focus debuff leads the sequence and lines up Avywenna's Combo Skill window.
Perlica covers sub-DPS duty and applies Electric Infliction for the team.
Arclight fuels SP and consumes Electrification to keep the loop running.
The end goal is to place six Thunderlances and recall them with Avywenna's Battle Skill.
Strengths
- Strong burst once multiple Thunderlances are recalled by Avywenna.
- Antal's Focus enables an early Combo Skill window for the carry.
Weaknesses
- Recalling Thunderlances needs careful positioning so they connect on the return path.
- Relies on tightly chained Combo Skills across the whole team.
Rotation
- 1Open with Antal's Battle Skill to apply Focus.
- 2Cast Perlica's Battle Skill to apply Electric Infliction.
- 3Trigger Antal's Combo Skill.
- 4Perform a Final Strike with Avywenna.
- 5Trigger Perlica's Combo Skill.
- 6Trigger Avywenna's Combo Skill.
- 7Trigger Arclight's Combo Skill.
- 8Perform Arclight's Battle Skill to consume Electrification.
- 9Trigger Arclight's Combo Skill again.
- 10Cast Perlica's Battle Skill.
- 11Perform Avywenna's Final Strike, and cast Antal's Ultimate if it is available.
- 12Trigger Avywenna's Combo Skill again so six Thunderlances sit on the field, then use Avywenna's Ultimate if ready.
- 13Cast Avywenna's Battle Skill to retrieve all Thunderlances, keeping her positioned so they hit enemies on the way back.
A focused Electric opener into chained combo skills, culminating in six stacked Thunderlances recalled by Avywenna.
elementalheat_team
Antal slots into a Heat composition by raising the Heat damage enemies take, which directly benefits Laevatain as the main carry. His Combo Skill re-triggers a Heat Infliction, accelerating Laevatain's Melting Flame stacking. Wulfgard adds more Heat Infliction while piling on Melting Flame stacks, and Akekuri keeps skill points available and provides an extra source of Heat Infliction for Laevatain.
Explanation
Antal amplifies Heat damage taken by enemies, directly boosting Laevatain's output.
His Combo Skill re-triggers Heat Infliction, speeding up Laevatain's Melting Flame stacks.
Wulfgard contributes more Heat Infliction and Melting Flame buildup.
Akekuri supplies SP and an additional Heat Infliction source for the carry.
Strengths
- Antal's Heat amplification pairs naturally with Laevatain's damage.
- Akekuri keeps SP flowing while adding another Heat Infliction source.
Weaknesses
- Melting Flame stacking depends on landing Final Strikes and Combo Skills in the right order.
- Burst windows hinge on SP being ready for Laevatain's enhanced Battle Skill.
Rotation
- 1Cast Antal's Battle Skill at the start to apply Focus.
- 2Use Wulfgard's Battle Skill to add one stack of Heat Infliction.
- 3Trigger Wulfgard's Combo Skill.
- 4Trigger Antal's Combo Skill, raising Heat Infliction to three stacks.
- 5Perform a Final Strike with Laevatain to gain three Melting Flame stacks and restore SP.
- 6Cast Akekuri's Battle Skill to apply another stack of Heat Infliction.
- 7Perform Laevatain's Final Strike again for the fourth Melting Flame stack.
- 8When ready, use Antal's Ultimate, wait for SP, then cast Laevatain's enhanced Battle Skill.
- 9Follow up with Laevatain's Combo Skill.
- 10Enter Laevatain's Ultimate when it becomes available.
A Heat loop that layers Heat Infliction and Melting Flame before Laevatain's enhanced skill and Ultimate.
Team Insights
Antal is a dedicated support who fits into two archetypes: Electric and Heat. In Electric teams he raises the squad's output by applying Electric Amp and increasing enemy susceptibility, and he doubles as a Sunderblade stack enabler for Zhuang Fangyi or as a setup partner for Avywenna's Thunderlance burst. In Heat teams he increases the damage enemies take from Heat and uses his Combo Skill to re-trigger Heat Infliction, accelerating Laevatain's Melting Flame stacks. He is not a damage dealer himself — his value comes from debuffing and enabling the carry, so his teams always pair him with a strong elemental DPS, an SP generator, and a sub-DPS.
Synergy Patterns
- Works with Arclight in Electric teams, where Arclight generates SP and adds Electric Infliction.
- With Zhuang Fangyi, Antal and Perlica help reach the nine Sunderblade stacks her Battle Skill wants.
- With Avywenna, Focus sets up her Combo Skill and Thunderlance stacking.
- In Heat teams, Antal's Combo Skill re-triggers Heat Infliction to speed up Laevatain's Melting Flame.
- Akekuri supports the Heat team by restoring SP and adding more Heat Infliction.
Tips
- Order the party so Perlica sits before Zhuang Fangyi, letting her Combo Skill apply Electrification earlier.
- Open rotations with Antal's Battle Skill to get Focus online before the carry commits.
- Save Antal's Ultimate for the team's burst window and stack it with the DPS Ultimate.
- Keep Avywenna positioned so recalled Thunderlances strike enemies on the way back.

Antal is a Savra member of Endfield Operations Team Z7 and a Supporter who specialises in Originium Technology. He is sharp-witted but blunt, and he is always looking for an excuse to put his orbiters and their modifications through a field test. Despite his intellect and technical talent, he is known for being poor at reading people, and he has occasionally embarrassed his teammates by letting slip a comment that landed badly. His appearance strongly resembles 12F, another Savra from Arknights, though whether the two are the same person, related, or unrelated has not been confirmed.
