Billy DPS Build
Burst-focused DPS Billy build that uses an Ultimate after Chain Attack for a large damage spike, then relies on Basic Attacks for consistent follow-up damage. Best W-Engine: Starlight Engine Replica. Alt W-Engines: The Brimstone, Steel Cushion, Starlight Engine, Street Superstar.
Drive disc set: Dawn's Bloom (4-piece) + Woodpecker Electro (2-piece). Puffer Electro is a viable alternative to further buff ATK after Billy's Ultimate to increase Basic Attack and Special Skill damage.

Billy F2P Team
A budget Billy team focused on leveraging Nicole's debuffs and Anby's crowd control to maximize Billy's DPS and core passive procs.
Playstyle: Billy as main DPS, Nicole gathers and shreds DEF, Anby provides daze/shock for control.
Billy Premium Team
A premium Billy team that increases ultimate uptime and applies stronger debuffs so Billy can deal higher damage.
Playstyle: Use Dialyn to apply Daze and help trigger Billy's Ultimate more often, while Nicole provides DEF reduction.

When Billy hits an enemy with a Dash Attack or Dodge Counter, he gains an additional 2.7 Energy. Can trigger once every 5s.

Roaming Gunslinger
Billy's Dodge Counter DMG increases by 25%. Rolling Shots during his Basic Attacks count as dodges, making Billy Invulnerable during skill activation and able to trigger Perfect Dodges. When a Rolling Shot triggers a Perfect Dodge, it will automatically follow up with a Dodge Counter.
