Burst DPS - Maximizes Billy's damage by using his Ultimate after a Chain Attack for a heavy burst, then maintaining damage with Basic Attacks. Puffer Electro (Woodpecker Electro) provides an ATK boost after the Ultimate to further empower basics and the Special Skill.
