Traveler's Elemental Skill has 2 Variations: Their Tap Skill will form a ring around the active character and will deal damage when close to an enemy, similar to Mavuika's Tap Skill. This skill is useful for Elemental Absorption and Elemental Reactions. Their Hold Skill will deal damage as a conjointed attack whenever the active character deals damage, similar to Raiden Shogun's Skill. This skill is useful for Elemental Mastery and Elemental Reactions. Build Recommendations:

  • Focus on increasing Elemental Mastery and Elemental Absorption to maximize the effectiveness of the Tap and Hold Skills.
  • Use a 5-piece set of Gladiator's Finale or Emblem of Severed Fate to increase Elemental Mastery and Elemental Absorption.
  • Choose a Weapon that increases Elemental Mastery or Elemental Absorption, such as Staff of Homa or Memory of Dust.
Team Compositions:
  • Pair Traveler with a Pyro character, such as Keqing or Xiangling, to create a Pyro reaction.
  • Use a Cryo character, such as Qiqi or Yun Jin, to create a Cryo reaction.
Farming Locations:
  • Farm Liyue Harbor for Gladiator's Finale and Emblem of Severed Fate artifacts.
  • Farm Winds of the Dawn for Staff of Homa and Memory of Dust weapons.

Support Traveler Build The current section is a WIP and is subject to change. Pyro Traveler takes on a supportive role with Pyro Application and the ability to hold supportive sets such as Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City (4) as well as weapons that provide team utility. It's worth noting that because Traveler is NOT from Natlan, they are unable to trigger a Nightsoul Burst. They can, however, trigger effects that rely on the consumption of Nightsoul Points, which their Elemental Burst can help with since it restores some of their Nightsoul Points. Traveler's personal damage is rather low, and therefore, their damage investment isn't too big of a priority.
Weapon Choices:

  • Freedom-Sworn: If Traveler's personal damage is not something you are looking for, it is not needed to level this weapon for them.

Team Composition:
  • Pair Traveler with a Pyro character to take advantage of Pyro Application.
  • Use a support character to provide additional utility and healing.

Farming Locations:
  • Farm Nightsoul Points in the Wanderer's Paradise domain.

Artifact Set:
  • Use Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City (4) for additional support and utility.

Elemental Reactions:
  • Use Pyro Application to trigger Pyro reactions.
