Regarding Artifact Sets: - Tenacity of the Millelith (4): Allows for near 100% uptime on the 4-piece effect with proper extension of Kokomi's Elemental Skill. - Ocean Hued Clam (4): Assumes Kokomi is used only for her Elemental Skill; may overtake Tenacity of the Millelith (4) if used for on-field attacks during Elemental Burst.
