These rankings assume strong ATK buffs like Bennett, since Diluc is commonly paired with him.
Beacon of the Reed Sea: ranking assumes one stack.
Serpent Spine: placement assumes high stacks. At [R5] it is his best weapon.
Rainslasher: only in teams where he consistently triggers Vaporize. Scales well with refinements; at [R5] can surpass Wolf's Gravestone.
Tidal Shadow: ranking assumes consistent healing; otherwise ranks below Earth Shaker.
Blackcliff Slasher: assume passive does not activate.
Artifact Sets:
Crimson Witch of Flames (4): generally best because he easily stacks the Pyro damage effect, and his Burst imbues his attacks with Pyro.
