Iuno is an exceptional Aero Sub-DPS capable of amplifying Heavy Attack DMG, healing HP, regenerating stamina, and dealing personal damage. She is one of the most flexible units in the game, though lacks free-to-play weapon options and relies on shield generator DPS units.

Chisa is the universal Negative Status Support, increasing max stack count for all status effects and providing DEF reduction. Her flexibility maximizes any Negative Status effect, making her valuable in multiple setups.

Lynae is a very strong sub-DPS that fits into many teams with general buffs like All DMG Bonus and Amplification. She also drives Tune Break and provides great utility outside of combat.

Mornye is a strong healer support similar to Shorekeeper, providing utility, buffs, and sustain. She enhances Off-Tune Buildup Rate and can alternate between Tune Rupture and Tune Strain effects.

Aemeath is a meta-defining DPS, premier in both Tune Rupture and Fusion Burst comps. She has one of the highest damage ceilings and can amplify All DMG types for allies.

Hiyuki is one of the strongest DPS units and the best Glacio character. She has high DMG multipliers, applies Glacio Chafe on her own, and provides AoE crowd-control and strong nuke attacks.

Denia is a strong sub-DPS for Fusion Burst and Tune Strain comps. She excels as an applicator and buffer for these specific teams, with fast rotations and off-field Erosion Field damage.

Lucilla is a versatile sub-DPS fitting into two of the strongest compositions. She is an amazing Glacio Chafe stack applicator and buffer, and also shines in Echo Skill Mode.

Yangyang Xuanling is a strong Havoc DPS scaling off Heavy Attack DMG. She has high multipliers, self-buffs with Havoc Bane, and can reduce enemies' DEF on her own.

Suisui is the premier Negative Status healer, providing a similar playstyle to Shorekeeper for this niche. She gives huge DMG buffs and is budget-friendly with fast rotations.

Qingxiao is a very strong Tune Strain DPS with the Aero attribute, but requires investment in premium units and her signature weapon. She provides AoE DPS but suffers in wave-based content.

Jingran is one of the best Fusion DPS units with extremely high DMG potential from self-buffing. His unique max HP scaling provides huge bonuses but requires 50,000 HP and revolves around shield generation.

Verina provides healing and buffs for the entire party, with coordinated attacks that deal Spectro DMG. She lacks Crit buffs but has short on-field time, making her valuable for DPS-heavy teams.

Ciaccona is an Aero character that provides great buffing and debuffing, applying multiple instances of Aero Erosion and Spectro Frazzle. She is versatile and works in multiple teams.

Cartethyia is a strong Aero DPS with long rotations and high investment requirements. She can apply Aero Erosion herself but is weaker without a dedicated applicator.

Lupa is the premier Fusion DMG enabler, bringing Fusion teams to new heights with multiple Fusion DMG buffs. She requires all three Resonators to be Fusion.

Galbrena is a strong Fusion DPS with split scaling between Echo Skill and Heavy Attack DMG. She fits many teams but is essentially tied to her signature weapon.

Qiuyuan is the premier Echo Skill DMG buffer, with fast rotations and straightforward combos. He provides multiple Echo Skill DMG buffs and extra Crit DMG to the next Resonator.

Luuk Herssen is a Spectro DPS exemplifying Tune Strain. He boosts damage by inflicting and utilizing Tune Strain stacks, with a rewarding mid-air combo playstyle.

Sigrika is a hypercarry unit for the Echo Skill DMG archetype. She requires investment but has some of the highest DMG multipliers and great crowd-control utility.

Jiyan is a great DPS with amazing single-target and AoE damage. His Ultimate groups enemies, and he found a niche in Whimpering Wastes.

Carlotta is a strong Glacio DPS with consistent burst damage scaling off Resonance Skill. She works perfectly with Zhezhi but has fallen off in recent patches.

Phoebe is a hybrid Spectro DPS dealing good damage with Spectro Frazzle. She is best as a Spectro Frazzle Sub-DPS, amplifying allies' DMG and reducing enemy RES.

Cantarella is a Havoc character providing healing, sustain, and Resonance/Havoc DMG amplification. She is key for Phrolova teams but a secondary option elsewhere.

Zani is a niche Spectro DPS using Spectro Frazzle compositions. She requires a dedicated Frazzle applicator and is more challenging to use than recent DPS units.

Rebecca is a good sub-DPS buffing Heavy Attack DPS while dealing good damage. She is best paired with Lucy and is a free character from the 3.4 event.

Encore is a standard Fusion DPS focusing on pure damage but requires significant on-field time. Her Cosmos Rave deals great Fusion DMG but lacks crowd control and lasts only 10s.

Rover (Spectro) performs well in Spectro Frazzle teams due to good Negative Status application. Outside this, they provide little value but can substitute as a healer support at S4.

Rover (Havoc) is a decent damage dealer with easy Dark Surge activation. They have okay burst damage but shine with Basic Attacks during Dark Surge.

Jinhsi is a great Spectro Main-DPS dealing big burst damage with her Skill and Liberation. Her multipliers are high for a 1.x DPS but show age compared to newer units.

Changli is a main-DPS dealing decent Fusion damage with a fully-stacked Forte Circuit in quick-swap. She can self-buff ATK and works best as a co-DPS.

Zhezhi is a great Sub-DPS buffing Resonance Skill and Glacio DMG. Her value shines with older DPS units like Jinhsi and Carlotta.

Xiangli Yao is a decent Main DPS that slows enemy movement and deals good damage. He relies on Resonance Liberation DMG and sees value in dual-DPS comps.

Camellya is a good Havoc DPS with multiple AoE combos and easy team building. Her age shows compared to modern Havoc units like Phrolova and Yangyang Xuanling.

Roccia is a Havoc Sub-DPS providing Basic Attack and Havoc DMG increases. She has good grouping utility but long on-field time and limited to Havoc teams.

Brant is a Fusion character with long rotations and moderate DMG. He fits many Fusion teams but isn't the best buffer, though his kit provides sustain.

Rover (Aero) is limited to Aero Erosion teams with minimal buffs and long rotations. However, they can increase Aero Erosion by 3 more stacks, providing good value as a free unit.

Mortefi has coordinated Fusion attacks that follow your attacks, dealing damage even off-field. He is a 4-star unit and his value increases with Heavy Attack DPS.

Baizhi is a pure-healer alternative to Shorekeeper and Verina. She burst-heals and continuously heals/buffs the next character, but her buffs only apply to the next swap-in.

Danjin is a good free-to-play DPS with an HP-drain mechanic. She deals good damage and can sub-DPS in Havoc teams, buffing via her Outro skill.

Buling is a great 4-star support healer applying Electro Flare. She provides Resonance Skill DMG amplification and grouping, making her a decent alternative support.

Lingyang is getting outclassed by standard 5-star peers with better AoE. He lacks a dedicated Glacio support and his damage is subpar, though still viable in some modes.

Yinlin is an older sub-DPS providing Liberation and Electro DMG bonuses with coordinated attacks. Her value dropped due to multi-wave content and inconsistent mark application.

Electro Rover is a general Negative Status sub-DPS providing ATK and All-DMG buffs. They lack a dedicated Echo set or team and have no particular meta benefits.

Aalto is a good Sub-DPS buffing Aero DMG while dealing decent damage. He is outclassed by other Sub-DPS like Mortefi who deal damage off-field.

Yuanwu is a Sub-DPS with coordinated Electro DMG even off-field. He can reduce enemy Vibration Strength, but only within his circle of effect.

Youhu is a healer-support hybrid with multiple buffs, but they are obtained via RNG, making her inconsistent. Her Outro Skill only buffs Coordinated Attack, which is niche.
